Making Your Appointment :
Your Name, Phone Number & Email Address are Required in case of any questions or emergencies
1- You will Receive an Email confirming you have made your request
2- You will receive an Email confirming we have approved your request or denied it for any reason
3- You will receive an Email 24 hours before your appointment as a reminder
Appointment Confirmations :
If you have not received an email confirming your appointment, please check your spam folder and move it to your inbox & save us as a contact. Also make sure you have entered your email address in your client profile correctly.
This is usually the Only form of communication you will receive in an effort to manage our time effectively and devote ourselves to our clients currently in office. You are just as important to us and will receive the same devotion and special attention.
Expired Vouchers :
In the event of an Expired Voucher (meaning those that have not scheduled their appointment until after exp date) you will have 3 Options
Option #1 A fee of $25.00 will be charged. You are guaranteed to receive your service, however with this fee, you will receive the service you originally intended to. This is due to the expiration of the voucher
Option #2 You may schedule a different service of equal or lesser value of voucher price
Option #3 You may choose merchandise of equal or lesser value of voucher price
If a late arrival time occurs :
* 20 min or Less, you will receive your service with a reduction in the length of session
* 25 min or More, you can reschedule with a $25.00 fee & reschedule your service for a later date
(or receive service at the current time with a reduction in length of session)

* Body Equilibrium is Not responsible for late arrivals, please see driving directions below to avoid such an occurrence
Missed Appointments :
Any appointment missed may be rescheduled for another date & time. However if we do not receive a cancellation notice from you within 2 hours of your appointment, there will be a fee of $25.00 before rescheduling
Legal Stuff :
* Children Under the Age of 16, are required to have an adult present in the room at all times
* No Children under the Age of 16 can be left alone in the reception area during a parents session without another adult present. We do not provide adult supervision, this is the parents responsibility
* All laws will be in compliance, if you are looking for something different you need to go somewhere else. We provide a Safe and Healing Environment and will Not tolerate inappropriate behavior. Anyone breaking the law or behaving in an inappropriate manner will be asked to vacate the premises (payment in full at full price is required in such a case) otherwise law enforcement will be notified

* Look for Our street number on the actual EAST Crossville Rd. We are in the Brown House between Capetown Gallery & Furey Eye Care. Look for Capetown Gallery's clock at the street. We are the next driveway, the parking lot and entrance are in the rear. We are located about a 1/4 mile on right heading West on Crossville coming from Alpharetta Hwy/Hwy 9. Our sign is in front
* Appointment times fill in fast. The best way to schedule is using the online scheduler below. As we cannot answer the phone while in session with another client, we devote our full attention to our clients while they are here. To keep costs down and pass the savings onto you, we do not have a receptionist. If you need to leave a voice mail, please be patient, we will get back to you soon
* All Vouchers and Fees (if required) are due Before service, please allow time for this as well as time to fill out our client intake forms. To insure a quicker check-in time, it is best to have all vouchers printed out in advance
If we are still in service when you arrive, please quietly have a seat while fill out your intake form found on the front counter
* Occasionally more than one person will request the same time slot, the person that requested 1st will be approved 1st. If I deny a request, then it has already been taken. Please submit a new request.
